Clothing
Our Career Closet is in need of good quality clothing and accessories for First State clients who are seeking employment. Suits, dresses, shoes, belts, handbags and other accessories are very much in demand and would be greatly appreciated. Please call our Georgetown office at 302-856-7761 to arrange for drop off or pick up of items.
We are also in need of retail items such as display shelving and mannequins!
Office Equipment
We never seem to have enough office chairs! If you have good quality, sturdy office chairs or other office furniture, please call! We can arrange to have the items picked up.
Our SCI community organizations are also in need of office furniture, chairs, shelving, etc. When you call, please let us know if your donation is for a specific community.
Computers and other office Equipment
Many of our SCI Community Organizations are just getting started and need donations of computers, faxes, printers and other office type equipment and furniture. Again, please let us know when you call if your donation is for a specific community.
Time
First State welcomes caring people who want to make their communities a better place to live. Please let us know what your area of interest is and we will match you up with a community or program that could benefit from your expertise!
Vehicles
Our Cars for Careers program is always in need of vehicles for participants. If you have a vehicle with a clear title that is in good mechanical condition, please call Alfred Canon at our Georgetown office. He will assist you in making the donation.
