This program is conducted in partnership with Sussex Community Correctional Center to reduce the recidivism rate of incarcerated parents.  By developing character through esteem-building workshops and activities,  First State's goal is to increase the participants ability to secure employment and successfully reunite with their families upon release.
The program also encourages educational advancement through comprehensive case management and employment/training options.  Clients also have access to emergency services through our Promoting Safe and Stable Families Program.
