$1 Dinner & Movie ~ Celebrating 50th Anniv. of Voting Rights Act
The community is invited to join First State Community Action Agency for a Special Community Dinner Thursday, August 20th at First State Community Action Agency (308 N. Railroad Ave) in Georgetown. The dinner will be held from 5:30PM - 8:00M and will feature the film “Freedom Summer” to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the Voting Rights Act of 1965. Cost is $1 per person.
Dinner will be catered by Chef Charles Webb, owner of O Taste & See Divine Catering. This event is hosted in partnership with the Delaware Division of Human Relations.

First State Community Dinners are held every 3rd Thursday of each month. Guests receive a hearty meal as well as nutrition information and budget-friendly shopping tips. Community Dinners are open to all individuals and families for just $1 per person. Seating is limited.
