Senator Carper Visits First State

On Monday, August 31, First State Community Action Agency got a special visit from U.S. Senator Thomas Carper. During his visit, Senator Carper sat down with First State Executive Director Bernice Edwards, board members, staff, and community leaders to discuss community issues and progress.
