Completed application and all attachments must be submitted to 308 N. Railroad Ave, Georgetown, DE 19947 no later than 5pm on Tuesday, May 2nd, 2017. Proposals will NOT be accepted at any other First State location. Electronic submissions will NOT be accepted. Please read the PDF enclosed with the downloaded package for complete submission requirements.
All NEW applicants (those not funded during the 2016-17FY) must attend a pre-bid meeting on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at the Dover Office of First State CAA located at the Blue Hen Corporate Center, 655 Bay Road, Suite 4J. Meeting will start promptly at 10AM and last approximately 2 hours. Applicants who were funded during the last funding cycle do NOT have to attend the pre-bid meeting but they are welcome to join if they choose to do so.
