Summer Youth Employment - Provides summer employment opportunities and job skills training for teens ages 14 - 18.

Year Round Youth Employment - Provides year-round employment opportunities and job skills training for teens ages 14 - 18.

"Now We're Cooking" Youth Culinary Training Program - Provides training in culinary arts and life skills for disabled and non-disabled students in grades 9-12 with the goal of employment in the food service industry.

Community Based After School Programs - These programs work with youth ages 5-18 with homework and tutorial assistance 3 hours a day after school.  

Summer Enrichment Camp - Summer camp provides recreation, education, trips, creative arts & nutrition to children ages 5-18.

Freedom School  - -The Freedom School is a summer program that empowers youth to excel and believe in their ability to make a difference in themselves, their families, communities, and country.

Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) - Provides job skills and employment opportunities for citizens 55+

Senior Companion Program (SCP) - Provides assistance with personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation and transportation.  For Companions & Recipients 55+.

Comprehensive Case Management - Assists is obtaining employment, income education, stable housing and access to transportation.

State Rental Assistance - Serves families/individuals exiting State supported facilities, institutions and foster care.

Promoting Safe & Stable Families - Helps stabalize families with one-on-one counseling to reduce stress levels and help eliminate abuse.

Delaware Fatherhood Program - Helps non-custodial parents, especially fathers, increase their ability to provide for their children.

Grant Diversion Program - Designed to alleviate a crisis that will prevent parents from accepting or retaining employment.

Second Chance - A reentry program designed to assist those transitioning back to their families and communities.

Community Development - Supports healthy, inclusive community growth by providing residents with tools & knowledge needed to access their community and access resources to address their needs.

La Casita Outreach - Provides the non-english speaking community in the Georgetown area with life skills assistance.

EITC Tax Preparation - Provides tax filing help to families of low-income.

Housing - Assist first-time homebuyers and existing homeowners facing foreclosure.

Summer Cooling - Ensures the health & safety of low-income households through the installation of energy efficient air conditioners.

Heater Repair/Replacement - Provides for repair or replacement of home heating systems for qualified applicants.

Adult Culinary Arts Training - Offers training for employment in the food service industry for adults.
