First State Community Action Agency will celebrate 61 years of service on Monday, November 16, 2026, at Delaware State University.

This year’s celebration, Second Chances, Stronger Communities, reflects the heart of our work: creating opportunities for people to move forward, rebuild, and strengthen the communities we all share.

We are honored to welcome nationally recognized criminal justice reform advocate and author Kemba Smith Pradia as our keynote speaker.
