At First State Community Action Agency, we are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of Delawareans, especially in low-income communities. To do that, we need your input!
We are conducting a Community Needs Assessment, and we encourage everyone to take a few minutes to share their experiences and perspectives. Your insights are crucial in helping us understand what matters most to the people we serve.
Community Action Agencies, like ours, are required by the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) to complete these assessments. Why? Because your feedback shapes the Strategic Plan that guides our work for the next three years. It helps us identify priorities, allocate resources effectively, and develop programs that truly address the challenges faced by individuals and families in low-income communities.
Your voice will help us:
Improve existing programs and services.
Identify gaps in resources and opportunities for new initiatives.
Ensure our work is aligned with the real needs of Delaware communities.
