Dr. Sandi Hagans-Morris and Zjohdel Hudson from First State's "Teens With Goals"

Program partnered with Delaware Tech to take students on a College Tour to Delaware State University and University of Maryland/Eastern Shore on October 27th. The "Teens With Goals" program focuses on Career and College Readiness and encourages the teens to expand their horizons by highlighting local educational opportunities.
